A healthy basis for your data

Taking care of your health data will become much easier with Evita. Your personal medical data and documents are stored safely in one place and can be called up on-line at all times. Managing several health records in one account means that you can protect your entire family in one single file. Additionally, you can store digital copies of identity cards, passports, tickets and reservations - a great advantage when travelling.

Evita contains the following areas and functions:
- Healthcare data: Enter your blood group, allergies, medication. Enter the contact details of your treating doctors. Register the diagnoses and treatments as well as your vital signs such as blood pressure/pulse and weight/BMI.
Emergency contacts: Who should be informed if something happens to you?
- Living will online: In the case of loss of judgment as a consequence of an accident, illness or age-related dementia, the living will ensures that any actions will be as you would want and would be legally binding. Therefore, make use of your right to self-determination and use the advance documents from DOCUPASS to establish how you would like to be treated in the event of an emergency. With a living will you are also removing the burden from family members and involved expert personnel from having to make difficult decisions without knowing your actual wishes.
- Travel documents: Upload copies of your travel tickets, reservations and identity cards to Evita – extremely useful when you have lost something whilst on holiday. For every entry in your personal health record (including travel documents)you can upload related documents (up to 10MB each document) in your personal health record.
